In my pretty bags, you will find country gooseberries (gwozey péyi, also known as hibiscus sabdariffa) straight from the Creole garden of Cécilia Geolier. This fruit, vegetable and roots enthusiast has been working in the agricultural world for over 40 years, and plants, harvests and dries my gooseberry petals in her workshop.

USE COUNCIL :
