Creole Nougat, Peanut Bar - Kannel at Miskad

le mot d'Arawak Market

My Creole name is sik à pistache or péyi nougat. A delicious West Indian nougat, I am made with roasted and caramelised peanuts in cane sugar. I am designed by Nicaise, founder of "Kanel et Misakad" and manufacturer of artisanal confectionery. I delight the many tourists who come to Anse Bertrand and the Pointe de la Grande Vigie on Grande Terre. It is with great pleasure that I fly to you to offer you my crispy flavours. Curious epicureans, natives in search of a country, visitors in search of exoticism: don't delay in slipping me into your basket, there won't be enough for everyone!

ADVICE FOR USE
A small Creole sweet from the past, I bring a typical island taste to your gourmet break. Spoil your friends or guests by offering them a piece of my bar to accompany their tea or coffee. I'm sure to create a surprise because I'm much more original than a cookie or a square of chocolate!
