In my pretty jar you will discover my delicious jam made exclusively with peyi apricots (Guadeloupe apricots). My subtly worked taste will take you on a journey to the butterfly island, to the Creole gardens of its inhabitants, who are keen to preserve and enhance their culinary heritage.
Marie-Ketty, founder of the brand "Le secret de Marie-Alice", obtains fresh fruit from local farmers and then makes me in her charming agro-processing laboratory, located in the commune of Saint-François. She promotes the Guadeloupean terroir on a daily basis by making healthy artisanal products. Indeed, there are no additives, preservatives or colouring agents in my 100% home-made jam.
