You may have already had the delectable opportunity to taste homemade biscuits, at a birthday party or around Christmas time. But have you ever had Marie-Ketty Bordin's famous Creole shortbread, with its flavours of yesteryear? 

If you haven't, I strongly recommend that you give us a try. We are a 100% Guadeloupean exclusive. Joking aside, take your time, but don't wait too long, because we are quickly disappearing from the shop.

I am an exotic shortbread with maracudja pulp, prepared with flour, butter and sugar. I do not contain milk or eggs. Marie-Ketty made me from a recipe for a traditional Marie-Galantine cake, called "doukoun", adding a good dose of creativity and a lot of love.

For your information: I have the great honour to announce that I am not the only shortbread flavour here. You will find other shortbread in the shop a little further on. If you can't decide, I suggest you try all of us to see which one you like best.

TASTING TIP:
I bring crunch to your snack, so don't hesitate to enjoy me with your fruit salad or cottage cheese.
