If you like ginger, I bet you'll love me. A small Creole shortbread made of flour, butter, sugar and fresh ginger, I contain no milk or eggs. I am the original invention of Marie-Ketty Bordin, an agri-processor from Guadeloupe, who makes 100% local artisanal products. I am one of the first borns of her shortbread range! Since I am simply delicious and seeing that I was unanimously approved, it is thanks to me that Marie-Ketty has expanded her production of biscuits.

Don't hesitate to browse through her online shop, you will find the other flavours of shortbread. And if you find it difficult to choose, I advise you to try all of us. That way, you'll know which one of us will be your favourite.

TASTING TIP:
Try me at aperitif time, with your fruit juice or your home-made West Indian cocktail. As an original local product, pair me with some peyi vegetable chips for example.
