Called "Pickliz Sauce", my name is unusual and you will probably forget it. But I promise you that once you taste me, you will remember me. A subtle blend of raw vegetables macerated in vinegar, then enhanced with a light touch of chilli and lemon juice.

My legendary taste is sure to leave a lasting impression on your mind. Made from a grandmother's recipe secretly passed down from generation to generation, I am unique and known for my high quality.

I am said to have Haitian origins, but I am handcrafted in Guadeloupe by the family business "Saveurs Karukera". It goes without saying that I am unmistakably Caribbean! An authentic local product, it is with warmth that I enliven your festive and family meals.

TASTING TIP :
I am a perfect accompaniment to traditional dishes such as weighed bananas and donjan rice. I am exquisite when served with grilled or fried dishes.
