I am a sauce that is tasty, without being too spicy. Made by the company "Guad'épices" from a family recipe, I am composed of green mangoes and enhanced by a gustatory plant from the Creole pharmacopoeia, the iron herb or zeb à fè. The latter enhances the flavours of my sauce and makes it very tasty.

TASTING ADVICE :
I am a delicious accompaniment to all your dishes. I go especially well with your barbecued meats and your famous West Indian Christmas ham.
