Who doesn't know the famous Creole sauce, the essential seasoning of West Indian cuisine? For lovers of world cuisine, for lovers of good taste and for natives in search of the peyi (country), here I am before you! Small onions, sunflower oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt and chilli... I marinate in a know-how handed down from generation to generation. 

From the field to the jar, my flavours are preserved thanks to a secretly kept grandmother's recipe. An authentic artisanal product, I am made by the Guadeloupean family business "Saveurs Karukera". I stand out from other sauces because of my unique quality and fragrance.
