Fish chiquetaille, cod chiktail, souskay or even Creole cod, I am commonly referred to by different names. In fact, I am nothing more than flaked fish flesh seasoned with traditional Caribbean herbs. Inside my jar, you will be pleased to find hake (cod), onions, carrots, sunflower oil, vinegar and parsley.

Oh yes, I am forgetting a significant detail. My tasty and fragrant preparation is made by the Guadeloupean company "Guad'épices", which has a reputation for creating products you can't live without. You can judge for yourself.

TASTING ADVICE :
Serve me as an aperitif on small toasts or salted crackers. Garnish your sandwiches or bokits with my exquisite preparation. I also go wonderfully with your cucumber and avocado salad. Finally, I can be used in your accras or cod brandade.

j'ai acheté le produit, il reste convenable et bon. Mais il doit être encore amélioré pour concurrencer le fait maison. C'est pour cela que je met pas plus d'étoile.
