Red butter developed by the company "Guad'épices", you will find in my recipe animal fats, salt and roucou, red seeds from South America, used as a flavouring and natural colouring. 

I melt in your pots and pans to bring flavour and colour to your cooking. Indeed, don't be surprised to see your favourite dishes change colour!

TASTING TIP:
Traditional Creole dishes are yours! Use my coloured butter to make short fish broths, pork, beef, lamb or poultry stews, catrou, lambi or lobster fricassee.
