Would you like a bit of exotic tropical flavour on your plate? If so, I recommend my 100% agricultural sweet potato flour, which comes directly from the butterfly-shaped island of Guadeloupe. 

I am handcrafted and prepared with the greatest care in the "Nassy Douceurs" workshop, located in the commune of Saint-François. Nassiéra Talcone, agri-processor and founder of the brand, has made it her mission to honour the vegetables and tubers of the West Indies in order to promote the Creole culinary heritage. And what's more, she does it in a healthy way! 

Furthermore, I am extremely proud to announce that I do not contain any preservatives or additives. I'm also happy to tell you about my many benefits: particularly appreciated by sportsmen and women or people who want to stay in shape, I'm low in calories and have a low glycemic index. I also delight the taste buds of those seeking alternatives to industrial or gluten-free flours.
