I'm a vegetarian chili pepper known for being non-tangy. The intensity of my flavors comes in gentle fragrances that explode in the mouth. You'll find me here in pieces, preserved in oil and vinegar.
Cut into pieces, I'm left to macerate in oil and vinegar. Over time, my chilli pepper deposits its aromas in the oil and enhances it. So I come from an ancestral recipe that hasn't aged a day! It was originally used to preserve the unaltered flavor of the chili pepper.
