Chiquetaille or chiktay de hareng (herring souskay), is a typical Creole speciality prepared with smoked flaked herring, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, vinegar and parsley. A real treat for lovers of original products.

Made by the company "Guad'épices" in the commune of Saint-François, my ingredients come mainly from local merchants. In my jar, you will find authentic know-how established for over thirty years.
