For those who love spicy food, I have been specially designed to delight you! Made in the commune of Saint-François by the company "Guad'épices", I am a balanced mixture of onions, sunflower oil, sugar cane vinegar, mustard, sugar, chillies, salt and various spices. 

You could say that I am a variation of the Creole sauce in puree. I don't overdo it: not too little, not too much, just right. With me on your plate, it's unanimous!

TASTING ADVICE :
I spice up your grilled meats, your hot or cold dishes in moderation, but with taste. I can also be added to your marinade, to give it that little extra something.
