There's West Indian dog sauce, Guadeloupe dog sauce, and then there's me, Guad'épice dog sauce! People who taste me can't get enough of it. Made with local products, you will find in my jar a tasty mix of onions, sunflower oil, sugar cane vinegar, chillies, salt, cives, garlic, parsley and secret spices. 

In the past, my ingredients were traditionally cut with a "Dog" brand knife. This earned me the unusual name of 'dog sauce'. Now you know all about my story! I hope that this has inspired you to discover my unique taste!
