Endemic to the West Indies, I am sweet and very aromatic.

Small in size, my beautiful colours vary according to my desires. Yellow, green or red, I look like a pepper.  
What am I?

I am a vegetarian pepper, a non-stinging pepper, also called a vegetable pepper. You will find me here in the form of a puree, prepared with a master's touch by the company "Guad'épice". A tasty condiment, I can be used in place of hot chilli in your dishes, to delight the taste buds of the whole family.

TASTING ADVICE 
Try me in your grilled fish, on your meats or in your dishes in sauce. I spice up your sauces and dressings with a lot of pep. I am a delicious accompaniment to salads and sandwiches.
