 She offers you an alternative to the traditional lemongrass infusions that we drink in the evening before going to sleep. After infusing the lemongrass leaves with Guadeloupean cane sugar, she transforms them into a delicious syrup that I urge you to savour.
With a fine and delicate aromatic structure, my first note in the mouth is rather herbaceous, but quickly gives way to surprising notes of citrus peel.
