I, a battery syrup, obtained from the black molasses of sugar cane, am the emblem of Marie-Galante. I am also the darling of my creator Gwenaelle Boecasse, as I proudly reflect her origins, thanks to a gentle blend of tradition and innovation. With my liquorice, woody and caramelised taste, with a spicy note of ginger, I transcribe an ancestral know-how "à la Marie-Galantaise".
