I, a battery syrup, obtained from the black molasses of sugar cane, am the emblem of Marie-Galante. I proudly reflect its origins, with my liquorice, woody and caramelised taste and an ancestral know-how "à la Marie-Galantaise".

I am a superior quality syrup, with no added colouring or preservatives and a reduced sugar content compared to industrial syrups. I can be kept in a cool place after opening.
