I am Rhum Vieux Papa Rouyo 3 ans. The distillery's first old rum, made from a blend of 5 ex-Cognac casks and 2 French casks aged for 3 years in the cellars of my house, Papa Rouyo.

Once blended and reduced, each of my flavours expresses the art of ageing and the expertise of our craftsmen in the choice of wood grain, toast and oak type.

I have been created as a tribute to the generations of cane planters and ancestors of our ‘Maitres-Canniers’. I offer a rich, balanced range of aromas, ideal for tasting, particularly as an after-dinner drink.
