Like the Phoenix, I am Reimonenq's new white rum, made from a previously unused fermentation yeast. Maturation for two years in stainless steel vats has accentuated each of my flavour characteristics.
My taste is resolutely fruity. My aromas of orange, sweet apple and mango give way to irresistible pastry notes.
TASTING TIP :
Serve neat as an after-dinner drink, preferably at room temperature. I can also be one of the star ingredients in your cocktails.Please note! I am a limited numbered edition of 10,000 bottles.
