This Longueteau Symphonie rum is an aged agricultural rum made from a blend of several vintages carefully selected by the cellar master.

It has a woody profile, already well developed, with a beautiful alliance of three year old rums. Its name comes from the selected vintages, aged in new oak and cognac barrels. A slightly daring choice. The vintages are wonderfully matched and illustrate all the know-how of the Longueteau house.

Nose: Opens with a profile of caramel and cooked sugar.

Palate: starts with toasted, roasted and spicy notes, all on a rich and greedy sugar cane base. The finish is marked by cooked banana.
