The Karukera Cellar Master exclusively favours the natural expression of the terroir. This Karukera aged rum is aged for more than 3 years in 350 litre barrels in the heart of his cellars in Sainte-Marie. During the elaboration of the old rums, no artifice is used to spoil the rigorous selection made by the latter.

Colour: The colour of this Karukera rum is topaz with golden highlights.

Nose: The nose of this old rum is dense. After a spicy attack marked by notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, the aromas then evolve into nuanced scents of cocoa and roasting.

Palate: In the mouth, we find the aromas perceived on the nose, with pepper even more present, especially when the wine is taken in the mouth.

Finish: The finish is long and intense, with spices, orange and a discreet vanilla. Karukera Rhum Vieux Agricole remains on the palate for a good while and offers a good balance.
