Montebello aged rums are born in the extreme heat and humidity of the recycled ship containers where all the distillery's casks are stored. This atypical ageing method gives Montebello aged rums a unique gourmet flavour. The 6 years of ageing in bourbon casks allow the distillate to soften and refine.

Colour : A beautiful pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Notes of caramelised apple pie dominate the nose. Then notes of calvados mingle with acacia honey.

Palate: The attack is supple, leading the rest of the tasting to aromas of Christmas cake, spices and sweet buns straight from the oven.
