Worked from traditional recipes, I am a Caribbean Spice Cinnamon revisited, of spiced rum. After several months of maceration, I am also worked with 7 spices, which gives me this amber colour full of character.  My mixture of complex scents is accompanied by an explosion of flavours on contact with your palate.  I am an exceptional rum, round and delicious, which can be enjoyed neat, with an ice cube or in a cocktail.

I am a typical delicacy of the French and English speaking islands, consumed particularly during festive periods such as carnival.

Colour: bronze, copper, brown, amber with scarlet highlights.

Nose: the predominance of cinnamon is nuanced by the 6 other spices.

Palate: a long product in the mouth, after an explosion of flavours, the cinnamon calms down and lets the other spices assert themselves.

I am exquisite when I am well chilled. Serve me with or without ice.
