Like the Phoenix, I am Reimonenq's new white rum, made from a previously unused fermentation yeast. Maturation for two years in stainless steel vats has accentuated each of my flavour characteristics.

My taste is resolutely fruity. My aromas of orange, sweet apple and mango give way to irresistible pastry notes.

TASTING TIP :
