Pleasantly fragrant, with a lemony nose on a background of sweet apples, I am a 50° Bologne white rum, rich and generous, full of sunshine. 

You will have understood that I am from the House of Bologna Rum. For more than three centuries, the Bologne plantation has stretched out on the slopes of the Soufrière volcano. The privileged exposure of this volcanic soil gives the sugar cane a particular richness.

 You will therefore find in me all the flavours and richness of the volcanic soil of the slopes of La Soufrière.
