I, the Ethique Bio de Bologne is a white agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, exclusively made from the cane of the distillery's organic farming plots. 

The Rhum Bologne distillery has always been committed to an eco-responsible approach. Waste is recycled for energy production. In addition, it is the water from the Grande Soufrière that is used to reduce the rums.

I am therefore a premium white rum illustrating the know-how of Bologna Rum and its values. Intense, vegetal, No nose opens on a minty and aniseed freshness. It is through my flavours of marine touches and fruity accents that I wish to transport you.

My aromatics draw on the expression of vesou (pure cane juice), it is long on the palate, this one being refined with notes of melissa. I finish with a very nice floral finish.

TASTING ADVICE : 
I can be enjoyed neat, at room temperature or chilled, ideally with an organic lime cheek, but also as a Premium Ti-Punch or Cocktail.
