The Neisson distillery is no less than three generations old and has passed on its unique know-how. In 2018, as the distillery celebrates its 85th anniversary, Neisson decides to take a new turn in the production of its rums.

In addition to integrating organic farming on part of its plots, Grégory Vernant (manager and grandson of the founder) wanted to obtain greater control over its ageing. He selects a toasting profile unique to Neisson in order to develop the distillery's characteristic aromas

Aged for 20 months, first in an old bourbon cask and then in profile 105 casks, this rum is produced with a unique pure cane juice distillation.
