Bielle, the small distillery, has distilled this rum twice in Marie-Galante, an island in the Guadeloupe archipelago. First in a Creole column and then in a Charentais type still.
Bielle Premium Amber rum was first aged in oak barrels for a year, then a few more months in small oak casks. This pure cane juice, delicately processed, gives us a rum of unprecedented aromatic precision.
