A refined product with a distinctive taste, I'm an exquisite Gwozey Péyi or Groseille-Pays aperitif wine. A culinary innovation from Cécilia Geolier, I'm made with hibiscus sabdariffa flowers, planted and harvested in her Creole garden. I'm a sweet wine with no added alcohol. The alcohol in my wine comes from the fermentation of the hibiscus petals. My tangy, red fruit notes are sure to surprise and delight lovers of sweet, fruity flavours. I'm a wine characterised by a slight sweetness, offering a lovely roundness on the palate.
My creator Cécilia is an agri-processor from Guadeloupe who has been involved in the world of agriculture for over four decades. Through her artisanal preparations, she aims to highlight the terroir of her country, which she loves so much.
