A refined product with a very particular taste, I am an exquisite gwozey péyi wine (country gooseberry). A culinary innovation by Cécilia Geolier, I am prepared with hibiscus sabdariffa petals, planted and harvested in her Creole garden. A smooth liqueur with no added alcohol, my tangy and fruity notes will create a surprise effect in the mouth.
It is important to note that my creator Cécilia is a Guadeloupean agri-processor who has been involved in the agricultural world for over four decades. Through her artisanal preparations, she strives to highlight the terroir of her country, which she is particularly fond of. By adopting me, you support her daily and continuous efforts.
