The Bielle distillery has put all its know-how into making me. I'm a coconut liqueur made from Marie-Galante agricultural rum. I'm refreshing and offer you a little ray of West Indian sunshine.

Nose: The coconut flavour is clean, with a very pleasant sweetness. A beautiful harmony is found between the sweetness of the coconut and the fruity strength of the Bielle rum.

Palate: Made to be drunk neat, shaken or in cocktails. The sweetness of the coconut water is combined with a slight bitterness. The taste of the pulp is clearly present, allowing it to be enjoyed without too much sugar.

TASTING ADVICE :

This liqueur can be enjoyed chilled, on its own or in cocktails. A perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, petits fours and toast.
