These sweet treats are made in the Gardel sugar factory, located in the heart of the Grande Terre cane basin, more precisely in the beautiful countryside of Le Moule. The sugar in my logs is internationally recognised, but it has also received several awards. Considered as "the gold of Guadeloupe", it brings that little precious touch of terroir to your teas, coffees and hot chocolates.
