I'm in a playful mood, so here's a little riddle for you.

My nut originates from the tropics and is hidden in a red, fleshy, pepper-shaped fruit.

Who am I? A cashew nut, of course!

Once ripe, there are a thousand and one ways to make me delicious. At "Doux Caprices", a local confectionery manufacturer, they love to roast me and dip me in cane sugar. And there they are, transformed into the delicious West Indian nougat that I am.

I'm quite simply unique, prepared according to an old-fashioned recipe inherited from my family.

TASTING TIPS
A little Creole sweet from yesteryear, I bring a typical taste of the islands to your gourmet break. Spoil your friends or guests by offering them a piece of my tablet to accompany their tea or coffee.
