What a treat these little cinnamon biscuits are! That's what I hear from the greedy mouths that languorously taste me. Composed essentially of butter, flour and crushed Guadeloupe cinnamon bark, I contain neither milk nor eggs. My cinnamon does not come from supermarkets, it is selected from growers who harvest it when it is ripe (i.e. with a beautiful brown colour). A rare and exceptional product, it brings a precious touch of terroir to my composition.

Before biting into me, take the time to smell the odours emanating from my pack. I will remind you of the tastes of your childhood and the scents of Christmas. Yes, the cinnamon fumes may remind you of your sweet hot chocolates in the morning or the decorative garlands hanging over your fireplace. I am a little biscuit that has the power to transport you to familiar worlds.

Note of information: I have the great honour to announce that I am not the only shortbread flavour here. You will find other shortbread in the shop a little further on. If you have trouble deciding, why not try them all? That way you'll be sure of your favourite flavour.

TASTING TIP:
Try me at snack time with a glass of milk, a chai latte or a Peyi tea. Once you've opened the packet, you'll find it hard to resist me. You can eat me at any time of the day.
