I am the original invention of Marie-Ketty Bordin, an agri-processor from Guadeloupe, who makes 100% local artisanal products. I am one of the first borns of her shortbread range! Since I am simply delicious and seeing that I was unanimously approved, it is thanks to me that Marie-Ketty has expanded her production of biscuits.

TASTING TIP:
