I am an old agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. My colour is copper-orange with old gold reflections and a very beautiful brilliance. My clarity is perfect.

Both complex and elegant, my nose evokes vanilla, cinnamon and delicate spices. There are also notes of bitter cocoa, chocolate and subtle hints of Bordeaux flute. Floral and honey scents. 

You will not remain indifferent to my fruity notes (mango, citrus, fresh cane and pineapple) and spicy notes (cocoa, cinnamon, battery syrup, vanilla and nutmeg)

In the mouth, my attack is greedy and spicy. The aromatic notes are clear and frank. The finely integrated wood vanilla will caress your palate. It will progressively stretch towards a register where the fluted, the battery syrup and the fruit tart (apricots) will intermingle.

 It then evolves gently towards coconut. My brioche finish is long and full, with impressive authenticity and depth.  My retro-olfaction will evoke noble spices such as saffron and nutmeg.
 
TASTING ADVICE .
Enjoy me dry, with or without ice. It is perfect to make a Ti'Punch Vieux.
