Neisson Profil 107 is an agricultural rum from Martinique with toasty and spicy notes. In addition to the integration of organic farming on part of its plots, 

NEISSON has deepened its mastery of ageing. The white rum chosen for its remarkable aromatic intensity was placed in 190-litre ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It blossomed there for 14 months and was then transferred to 10 225-litre oak barrels that had benefited from the new specific toast known as 107.

This aged rum exhales notes of roasted coffee and toasted cocoa with hints of stewed fruit, spices and green and grey pepper in a voluptuous exotic symphony.
