Characterised by its crystal clear colour, Rhum par Neisson is a white agricultural rum with a strength of 52.5%. It is made from sugar cane planted on the edge of the estate to make the most of the sun and sea breeze. It is cut green, without prior burning, and thus offers the vintages all the potential of the terroir.

This white rum is brewed and aerated on a daily basis following a long maturation process. The reduction of the degree is also done very slowly in order to preserve the aromas.

The vintages are mixed and aerated regularly, as the Rum by Neisson 52.5% is the result of a long maturing process. A great deal of care is also taken through a slow and precise process of reducing the degree.

This white rum is a real concentrate of sunshine, freshness and fruitiness, which honours the AOC Martinique.
