Delivery

In order to bring you the best services, we work with partners recognized for the care that they bring to the realization of your parcel here all information concerning the delivery and the returns.

Our deliveries of products in France are sent by express delivery (48 to 72 hours). We take the greatest care to protect glass items (bottles, jars, etc.) with linings or natural wood fibre.

To make a complaint about a breakage, a missing product, a product not ordered or not received, please contact our ARAWAK Market team. By contacting our customer service, via our chat or by our contact email: contact@arawakmarket.com.

Please check the condition of your goods on delivery and refuse the parcel in case of damage. If you accept the package, you have 48 hours to report any problems with your delivery. In case of damaged products, please send us several pictures of the products.

In case of non-receipt of your parcel, please inform us if you have not received your parcel more than 7 days after its shipment. In the meantime, follow up your parcel directly on the website of our carrier DPD. These two procedures will allow you to be compensated either by a credit note, or by a refund or by the return of damaged or similar products if the dispute exceeds 20 euros.

Your reimbursement will be made within 7 days from the confirmation of your reimbursement by email. It will be made by the same means of payment used during your order (credit card, paypal or bank transfer. In case of reimbursement by bank transfer, please send us your bank details in the cancellation email.

After the validation of the payment of your order several emails will keep you informed of its evolution.

  • Etape 1. An email confirming the successful completion of the purchase transaction will be sent to you for each seller from whom you have purchased products,
  • Etape 2. An e-mail confirming the "shipment" of your order will be sent to you for each seller from whom you have purchased products,
  • Etape 3. You will receive an order tracking email from the DPD carrier, which will allow you to know the location of your order at any time.
